ENGR. IK CYRIL – MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Engr. Ik Cyril is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AlgarhEnergy, bringing over two decades of experience in operations and project management. A graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he launched his career with leading multinationals before founding AlgarhEnergy in 2009. His leadership has transformed the company from a startup into a respected engineering and energy services provider known for quality and reliability. Ezechukwu is deeply committed to local content development and has spearheaded initiatives to train and empower Nigerian talent. His visionary leadership and hands-on approach continue to drive AlgarhEnergy’s growth and client satisfaction.

MARTINS UHIARA – TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As Technical and Operations Director, Martins Uhiara manages the daily operations and project delivery at AlgarhEnergy. With over 15 years of experience in energy nd oil and gas project management, He combines a background in mechanical engineering to lead cross-functional teams through complex EPC projects. Martins has a strong track record of delivering both onshore and offshore infrastructure within scope, budget, and schedule. He champions client satisfaction, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency, ensuring each project aligns with both internal standards and client expectations. His strategic leadership is central to AlgarhEnergy’s reputation for operational excellence

DR. UDOCHI AGUSIEGBE – ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST AND SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST
Dr. Udochi Agusiegbe is an environmental scientist and sustainability analyst with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector. At AlgarhEnergy, she leads our environmental and sustainability initiatives, developing and implementing HSE systems, ISO 14001 & 45001 standards, emissions monitoring, ESG reporting, and data-driven sustainability strategies. She combines academic rigor with industry insight to deliver science-based solutions that drive real impact. Her expertise has been instrumental in reducing environmental risk, improving compliance, and aligning our services with international environmental best practices. Dr. Udochi has played a key role in embedding sustainability into our business strategy—supporting clients across upstream and downstream operations to meet their environmental obligations. Her leadership has resulted in streamlined audits, reduced incidents, enhanced reporting transparency, and greater stakeholder confidence, helping position AlgarhEnergy as a responsible and forward-thinking energy services provider.

MR. NNAEMEKA EZE – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Nnaemeka Eze is responsible for coordinating and executing AlgarhEnergy’s core operational activities. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he brings expertise in field operations, logistics, production planning, and asset management. Nnaemeka applies a data-driven approach to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure safe and timely delivery of projects. He is known for aligning operational goals with compliance requirements, while promoting a culture of HSE excellence. His practical leadership and deep operational insight continue to strengthen AlgarhEnergy’s position as a dependable oil and gas service provider

KELVIN ACKA – QHSE MANAGER
Kelvin Acka oversees AlgarhEnergy’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. With a strong engineering background and extensive HSE experience, he leads risk assessments, audits, and safety initiatives across onshore and offshore operations. Kelvin is instrumental in promoting a proactive safety culture, developing procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. His commitment to continuous improvement supports AlgarhEnergy’s mission to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

Deborah John – Chief Operating Officer
Deborah John is the Chief Operating Officer at AlgarhEnergy, overseeing daily operations and strategic project delivery. With over 20 years of international experience in implementation, commercial oversight, and project controls, she has led complex capital projects across Europe, America, Asia, and West Africa.
She has delivered EPC subsea developments in greenfield and brownfield, onshore and offshore settings. Her disciplined, results-driven leadership builds high-performing teams, ensures quality, and consistently exceeds stakeholder expectations.
Deborah also brings cross-industry expertise from tech-enabled logistics and e-commerce, where she led systems integration and scalable operations. This broad experience enhances AlgarhEnergy’s agility, innovation, and delivery excellence. A strategic problem-solver and execution leader, Deborah drives AlgarhEnergy’s performance, growth, and commitment to operational excellence.

Engr. Ezechukwu Nduaguibe – Managing Director/CEO
Engr. Ezechukwu Nduaguibe is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of AlgarhEnergy, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the helm. A graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, he began his career in operations and project management for multinational oil companies before establishing AlgarhEnergy in 2009. Under his leadership, AlgarhEnergy has evolved from a startup into a multi-faceted engineering services firm known for technical excellence and reliability. Ezechukwu is passionate about local content development, he has been instrumental in forging training partnerships with local institutions and ensuring Nigerian talent is at the forefront of the company’s projects. His visionary guidance and hands-on approach ensure that AlgarhEnergy consistently delivers value to clients and stakeholders alike.

Amina Idris – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Amina Idris oversees the day-to-day operations and project execution at AlgarhEnergy. With 15+ years’ experience in oil and gas project management, she excels at coordinating complex projects across multidisciplinary teams. Amina holds an MBA and a background in mechanical engineering, blending technical understanding with strong business acumen. She has managed large-scale EPC projects for both onshore and offshore facilities in previous roles. As COO, Amina ensures that each contract is delivered on schedule and on budget, implementing efficient workflows and rigorous quality control. She is also a champion of client satisfaction – Amina works closely with clients to align deliverables with expectations, making her a key driver of AlgarhEnergy’s reputation for reliability and customer focus.

Engr. IK Cyril – Technical Director
Engr. IK Cyril leads AlgarhEnergy’s engineering and technical divisions, guiding the design and implementation of all engineering solutions. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). With nearly two decades of experience in facilities engineering and pipeline systems, Chike has a proven record of delivering innovative designs that improve performance and safety. He has previously served in senior engineering roles on projects ranging from refinery upgrades to subsea pipeline installations. At AlgarhEnergy, IK Cyril ensures that our engineering outputs whether FEED studies, detailed designs, or simulation analyses – meet the highest technical standards and client requirements. His expertise with cutting-edge engineering software and methodologies keeps AlgarhEnergy at the forefront of technical innovation in our projects.

Dr Udochi Agusiegbe – QHSE, Sustainability and Compliance Manager
Dr. Udochi Agusiegbe leads the Quality, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Compliance (QHSC) department at AlgarhEnergy, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the energy sector. She is NEBOSH-certified in occupational safety and has a strong track record in ensuring industry best practices in HSE and quality management.
Dr Udochi plays a pivotal role in defining and maintaining AlgarhEnergy’s quality management systems, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards. She has successfully led continuous improvement initiatives that have enhanced operational efficiency, reduced non-conformance incidents, and strengthened supplier quality assurance processes. Her leadership in quality control has resulted in the consistent delivery of high-standard projects, minimizing defects and optimizing project execution.
A firm advocate of sustainable energy practices, Dr. Agusiegbe integrates environmental responsibility into every facet of AlgarhEnergy’s operations. She ensures compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management systems, focusing on carbon footprint reduction, waste minimization, and resource efficiency. Mr. Nnaemeka Eze – Operations Manager
Mr. Nnaemeka Eze serves as the Operations Manager at AlgarhEnergy, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of core operational activities. With over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he has played a key role in optimizing production efficiency, asset utilization, and workforce management across various upstream and downstream projects.
Nnaemeka specializes in project execution, logistics coordination, and process optimization, ensuring that AlgarhEnergy’s operations align with both regulatory requirements and client expectations. He has a strong background in equipment maintenance, field operations, and production planning, enabling him to drive seamless project delivery while minimizing operational downtime.
His leadership is characterized by a data-driven approach to decision-making, integrating real-time performance metrics and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
