Engr. Ezechukwu Nduaguibe
Managing Director / CEO
Engr. IK Cyril is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Algarh Oil & Gas Limited, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the helm. A graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, he began his career in operations and project management for multinational oil companies before establishing Algarh in 2009. Under his leadership, Algarh has evolved from a startup into a multi-faceted engineering services firm known for technical excellence and reliability. Cyril is passionate about local content development, he has been instrumental in forging training partnerships with local institutions and ensuring Nigerian talent is at the forefront of the company’s projects. His visionary guidance and hands-on approach ensure that Algarh consistently delivers value to clients and stakeholders alike.
Amina Idris
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As Chief Operating Officer, Amina Idris manages the daily operations and project delivery at AlgarhEnergy. With over 15 years of experience in oil and gas project management, she combines a background in mechanical engineering with an MBA to lead cross-functional teams through complex EPC projects. Amina has a strong track record of delivering both onshore and offshore infrastructure within scope, budget, and schedule. She champions client satisfaction, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency, ensuring each project aligns with both internal standards and client expectations. Her strategic leadership is central to AlgarhEnergy’s reputation for operational excellence.
Engr. IK Cyril
Technical Director
Engr. IK Cyril leads AlgarhEnergy’s engineering and technical divisions, ensuring all technical deliverables meet the highest standards. A certified Project Management Professional and COREN member, he brings nearly 20 years of experience in facilities and pipeline engineering. His portfolio includes major refinery upgrades and subsea projects. At AlgarhEnergy, IK Cyril oversees FEED, detailed designs, and engineering analysis, integrating advanced software and methodologies into every project. His commitment to innovation and engineering integrity ensures AlgarhEnergy remains competitive and compliant with global standards.
Dr Udochi Agusiegbe
QHSE, Sustainability and Compliance Manager
Dr. Udochi Agusiegbe leads AlgarhEnergy’s QHSE, Sustainability, and Compliance division, bringing over 15 years of experience in the energy sector. NEBOSH-certified and ISO systems-trained, she has established robust quality and safety frameworks aligned with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Her leadership has resulted in reduced incidents, improved supplier assurance, and sustainability-driven policies that support global environmental goals. Dr. Agusiegbe also ensures regulatory compliance with ISO, OSHA, and petroleum safety standards, maintaining an incident-free track record. Her comprehensive oversight of audits, reporting, and policy development reinforces AlgarhEnergy’s integrity and commitment to responsible operations.
Mr. Nnaemeka Eze
Operations Manager
Mr. Nnaemeka Eze is responsible for coordinating and executing AlgarhEnergy’s core operational activities. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he brings expertise in field operations, logistics, production planning, and asset management. Nnaemeka applies a data-driven approach to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure safe and timely delivery of projects. He is known for aligning operational goals with compliance requirements, while promoting a culture of HSE excellence. His practical leadership and deep operational insight continue to strengthen AlgarhEnergy’s position as a dependable oil and gas service provider.
