Structural Fabrication:
We fabricate structures such as platform jackets, skids, pipe-racks, and pressure vessels to exacting standards. Our facilities and partners are equipped for heavy fabrication, and we ensure all welding and assembly meet AWS/ASME code requirements. For offshore platforms, we handle jacket fabrication and topside integration seamlessly.
Modular Construction:
In challenging or remote environments, we utilize modular construction techniques. By assembling modules off-site in controlled conditions, we improve quality and safety, then transport and install the finished modules on site – reducing on-site construction time and risk.
Heavy Lifting & Installation:
Our team is proficient in advanced lifting and installation methods for large or complex equipment. We carefully plan critical lifts (using cranes, barges, etc.) and use specialized rigging to position components safely and accurately. Pipeline Construction:
Algarh provides end-to-end oil & gas pipeline construction services, from route surveying to final commissioning. We handle trenching, pipe stringing, welding, non-destructive testing, coating, burial and tie-ins. Our pipeline teams ensure safe, reliable pipeline systems and have experience with various diameters and terrains. For example, we follow rigorous welding procedures (including x-ray weld inspections) to guarantee pipeline integrity, and apply advanced coatings to prevent corrosion.
Pre-Commissioning Activities:
Before new pipelines or facilities go into service, we perform all necessary pre-commissioning tasks such as hydro-testing, flushing, drying, and inerting. Our attention to detail in this phase ensures that when the system is commissioned, it operates trouble-free from day one.
